Who We Are

Ghost River Ranch Property Owners Association

consists of 155 lots of 35 acres or more. 

GRR is a covenant protected community with

dues supporting upkeep, safety, and road maintenance.

We are a community held together by bonds of friendship

and a shared purpose to enjoy all that GRR and Mother Nature have to offer.

Ghost River Ranch POA is registered with the Colorado Secretary of State office operating as a non-profit organization; and with The Colorado Division of Real Estate, a division of the The Department of Regulatory Agencies.   

​Ghost River Ranch is one of only 9 communities in Huerfano County that is registered and licensed with the State of Colorado.

This status offers us the benefit of working closely with Huerfano County officials to enforce compliance of all county rules and regulations.
