2022 Budget Ratification
The BoD adopted the 2022 Budget on 3/11/22.
As a member, you have the right to review & veto the budget.
If we don't have a veto in place by June 11, 2022 (it takes 78 lots to veto), the budget will be accepted and ratified.
A copy of the budget was included in the March newsletter which was mail to each member.
We reviewed the budget at our 4/16/22 meeting.

A community cluster mailbox unit and individual mailboxes are located on Lascar Road near the intersection of I-25. Please contact the association's Secretary/Treasurer to inquire if you already have an established mailbox.
We are serviced by the Rye Post Office at 8084 CO-165, Rye, CO.
Postal service for the ranch is every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
