2022 Budget Ratification

The BoD adopted the 2022 Budget on 3/11/22. As a member, you have the right to review & veto the budget. If we don't have a veto in place by June 11, 2022 (it takes 78 lots to veto), the budget will be accepted and ratified. A copy of the budget was included in the newsletter. We mailed each of you a copy at the end of March along with the next meeting notice. We will discuss the budget at our 4/16/22 meeting. The budget can also be found on our website at www.GhostRiverRanchPOA.com.

Snow Plowing

The roads will be plowed when we have a minimum of 4" of snow.

Annual Dues

As a reminder, please pay your Annual Dues by February 28 to avoid a $50 late fee.
